Child Home Check-In

This check-in is completed once for each child who will use The Ticket Program at home. A parent or guardian may help read the questions. After you submit one child, you will have the option to add another child.
This check-in helps improve the program experience and supports a smoother setup at home. It is not a test. The Ticket Program does not contact children directly. Parent or guardian contact information is used only to connect this child check-in to the Home Version setup process. Please answer honestly. You can stop anytime.
